AIRadio Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AIRadio, also referred to as NEVA AI Radio, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the AIRadio mobile application, AIRadio web pages, preview links, support channels, and connected services (collectively, the "Service").

AIRadio is operated by NevaXR. AIRadio uses the Super Neva platform as its backend service for account, security, device, content, personalization, operational, and related platform capabilities. Depending on the processing purpose, NevaXR may determine why information is processed for the AIRadio end-user service, while Super Neva may process information on NevaXR's behalf and may also process certain platform account, security, fraud-prevention, support, billing, and operational information for its own platform purposes.

By using AIRadio, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through:

  • the AIRadio mobile application;
  • AIRadio web pages, policy pages, and preview links hosted under https://ai-r.app;
  • AIRadio account registration, login, device registration, media, personalization, and support workflows;
  • AIRadio communications and notification settings; and
  • Super Neva backend services used to operate and protect AIRadio.

This Privacy Policy does not replace any separate Super Neva platform notice, app-store terms, or third-party service policy that may apply to a separate relationship with you.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account and profile information

We may collect information you provide or create when you register, sign in, or manage your profile, including:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • username or public handle;
  • date of birth, where requested;
  • optional biography, city, country, and language preferences;
  • optional profile photograph;
  • account identifiers and profile identifiers; and
  • account settings, communication preferences, and support details.

We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information in free-text fields, prompts, profile details, or support messages. Please avoid submitting sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.

B. Authentication and security information

We process information needed to register, authenticate, and protect accounts, including:

  • passwords submitted during registration, login, password changes, and account deletion;
  • session information, sign-in method, password-reset records, and verification events;
  • access permissions, service identifiers, and target associations;
  • authentication, authorization, fraud-prevention, audit, and security events; and
  • network address, browser, device, app, and operational identifiers.

The exact technical handling of passwords and credentials is controlled by the responsible security systems. This Privacy Policy does not claim that any specific security technology is used unless that measure has been confirmed for the released Service.

C. Registered-device information

After sign-in, AIRadio may register your device with your account. A registered-device record may include:

  • device name selected on the device;
  • device brand, model, and general category, such as phone or tablet;
  • a device-specific identifier;
  • the date the device was registered;
  • a service-assigned device record identifier; and
  • the account associated with the device.

Device registration helps operate account security, device management, cross-device service behavior, support, and misuse prevention. You may be able to view and remove registered devices in account settings. Removing a device or logging out may not immediately delete all related security, diagnostic, backup, or legal-retention records.

D. Preferences, personalization, and listening information

AIRadio may process information used to personalize and operate your listening experience, including:

  • music interests and selected topics;
  • included or excluded recommendation categories;
  • mood, intent, activity, or listening context;
  • personalization settings;
  • language and regional context;
  • stations, content, or tracks viewed or played;
  • recent listening activity;
  • likes, favorites, reactions, queue activity, playback activity, and downloads; and
  • search, view, click, impression, share, duration, referral, campaign, and feature-performance information where enabled.

This information may affect recommendations, stations, playback, discovery, and app experience. You can change certain preferences in the app where controls are provided.

E. Location and context information

If you grant location permission, AIRadio may process your current location to provide location-aware music personalization. Depending on enabled features, location processing may include:

  • precise coordinates;
  • approximate city and country;
  • a human-readable place derived from coordinates;
  • nearby-area, terrain, weather, or contextual categories; and
  • last-known or registered-location information.

Some location features may be immediate-only, while others may register a location with your account or with a registered device if that feature is enabled. When location registration is enabled, records may include precise coordinates, the associated registered device, and a choice to include weather information.

You can deny or withdraw location permission through your device settings. If location is unavailable, some personalized recommendations may be less contextual.

F. Files, media, and profile content

AIRadio may process:

  • optional profile images you upload or capture;
  • streamed audio, artwork, metadata, and other media used to provide the Service;
  • media cached or downloaded to your device; and
  • attachments or files you choose to submit through support or other enabled features.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any content you submit.

G. AI-assisted and generated-content information

AIRadio and Super Neva may support artificial-intelligence generation, recommendation, classification, moderation, or AI host experiences. Depending on the enabled feature, processed information may include:

  • user prompts and instructions;
  • uploaded files, images, attachments, or profile content;
  • recommendation, mood, activity, listening, and location context;
  • account, target, and device identifiers;
  • generation settings and parameters;
  • generated results; and
  • moderation, safety, and diagnostic information.

AI-assisted features may use additional providers where enabled. AIRadio does not use your personal information for third-party behavioral advertising. We do not state that user inputs or outputs are used for model training unless that practice is expressly disclosed for the relevant provider or feature.

H. Purchase information

Subscription or purchase features may be added in the future. If purchases are enabled, AIRadio, Super Neva, Apple, or other payment providers may process purchase, subscription, trial, renewal, cancellation, refund, price, currency, tax, and accounting information. Additional app-store or payment-provider terms may apply.

I. Information stored on your device

The app may store account-session information, preferences, recent activity, cached content, downloads, and diagnostic information on your device. Logout, device removal, or account deletion may not remove every local cache, diagnostic record, backup, or operating-system record immediately.

If iCloud backup is enabled, selected preferences, favorites, or app state may be backed up to your iCloud account. You can manage iCloud data through your Apple account and device settings.

J. Logs and diagnostics

AIRadio and Super Neva may process service logs, device logs, crash reports, error records, support captures, and operational diagnostics. These records may include account identifiers, device identifiers, media addresses, location-related context, playback identifiers, profile information, communication settings, recovery links, or error details if such information is necessary to diagnose a problem.

We aim to limit production logs to what is reasonably necessary for reliability, security, support, and abuse prevention, and to avoid storing credentials, recovery information, precise location, profile details, or user-generated content in logs unless necessary for a specific operational purpose.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, operate, and secure AIRadio accounts;
  • register and manage devices connected to an account;
  • provide music streaming, playback, station, queue, caching, sharing, and preview-link features;
  • personalize stations, content, recommendations, moods, activities, and listening experiences;
  • provide location-aware recommendations where enabled and permitted;
  • remember preferences, favorites, recent activity, and listening history;
  • process profile photographs and other user-selected content;
  • provide AI-assisted recommendation, generation, classification, moderation, or AI host features where enabled;
  • deliver service-related messages and account notices;
  • deliver optional marketing communications where you have a valid choice or consent;
  • provide support and handle privacy, deletion, and account requests;
  • measure performance, reliability, errors, engagement, and feature usage;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
  • audit access, maintain tenant separation, and protect the Super Neva platform;
  • operate and improve AIRadio and Super Neva where permitted; and
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and enforcement obligations.

Where required by law, we rely on appropriate legal bases such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of users or systems.

4. Communications and Marketing Choices

Service communications, such as account verification, security notices, transactional messages, important product changes, and support replies, are separate from optional marketing communications.

Where required, email, SMS, push-notification, or promotional communications will be presented as separate choices from acceptance of the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw optional marketing consent or change communication preferences where controls are provided or by contacting us.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as reasonably necessary for the Service and the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including with:

  • Super Neva: backend platform services for account, security, device, content, personalization, operational, support, billing, analytics, and AI-related capabilities where enabled.
  • Hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers: to host the Service, databases, media, queues, caches, backups, and operational systems.
  • Media delivery providers: to stream, cache, or deliver audio, artwork, and related media.
  • Email, SMS, and push-notification providers: to send service communications and optional marketing communications where enabled.
  • Analytics, monitoring, and crash-reporting providers: to measure reliability, usage, errors, and performance where enabled.
  • AI, recommendation, classification, or moderation providers: to support AI-assisted features where enabled.
  • Mapping, geocoding, weather, or location-context providers: to convert coordinates into places, weather, or other contextual information where enabled.
  • App platforms and payment providers: such as Apple App Store, where app distribution, purchases, notifications, iCloud, or other platform services are used.
  • Customer-support and operational tools: to respond to requests, investigate issues, and route operational reports where enabled.
  • Legal, safety, and compliance recipients: where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, legal rights, or public safety.
  • Business-transfer recipients: in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of some or all assets.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

6. International Transfers

AIRadio, Super Neva, and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms or safeguards intended to protect transferred personal information. The exact providers, processing regions, and safeguards depend on the features enabled for AIRadio.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and maintain backups or fraud-prevention records.

Retention periods vary by category, including:

  • account and profile records;
  • sign-in sessions and access credentials;
  • registered devices and registered locations;
  • listening history, analytics, reactions, favorites, and inferred interests;
  • generated content, uploads, profile images, and media;
  • support messages and moderation records;
  • transactions, subscriptions, tax, and accounting records if purchases are enabled;
  • operational logs and diagnostics; and
  • provider copies, queues, caches, and backups.

When a precise retention period has not been publicly specified for a category, we retain the information based on the concrete purpose, legal requirement, operational need, backup cycle, or deletion criterion that applies to that category.

8. Account Deletion, Device Removal, and Local Data

AIRadio may provide an in-app account-deletion option. When you submit an account-deletion request, your session may end and deletion or deactivation workflows may begin across AIRadio and Super Neva systems.

Account deletion may involve immediate deletion, delayed deletion, anonymization, disabling of records, backup expiration, and limited retention for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, dispute, or operational reasons. Information that may require separate handling includes registered devices, registered locations, listening history, analytics, inferred interests, reactions, uploaded content, support records, reports, purchases, subscriptions, provider copies, caches, backups, and local device data.

Removing a registered device, logging out, deleting the app, or deleting your account may not instantly erase every local cache, diagnostic record, iCloud backup, operating-system record, provider copy, or backup copy. You can also manage device permissions, local storage, notifications, and iCloud data through your device and Apple account settings.

To request deletion or ask about deletion status, contact us at info@nevaxr.com.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Security measures may include authentication controls, access controls, operational monitoring, auditing, and measures intended to protect accounts and platform systems.

No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure. We do not guarantee absolute security and do not make claims about end-to-end encryption, universal encryption at rest, or short-lived sessions unless those measures have been specifically confirmed for the released Service.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your account or certain information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • request a portable copy of certain information; and
  • lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority where applicable.

You may also:

  • manage location, camera, photo-library, notification, background activity, and iCloud permissions through your device settings;
  • change certain personalization, communication, and account settings in the app; and
  • stop using AIRadio at any time.

To exercise privacy-related requests, contact us at info@nevaxr.com.

11. Children's Privacy

AIRadio is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to independently consent to digital services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, contact us and we will investigate.

12. Third-Party Services

AIRadio may link to, integrate with, or depend on third-party services, app stores, payment providers, mapping providers, weather providers, identity providers, AI providers, support tools, websites, or content providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies, not this Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, app-store release notes, email, or other appropriate means. Updated versions become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.

Where required, we may ask you to accept a new version before continuing to use certain features.
