These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIRadio, also referred to as NEVA AI Radio, including the mobile app, related web pages, preview links, account features, media experiences, and connected services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by NevaXR. AIRadio uses the Super Neva platform to provide account, authentication, device, personalization, media, AI-assisted, and operational backend capabilities.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AIRadio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AIRadio.
AIRadio is the user-facing app and service. Super Neva provides backend platform capabilities used by AIRadio, which may include identity, account management, registered-device records, personalization, media handling, notifications, analytics, security, and other operational services.
Some AIRadio features depend on Super Neva and third-party infrastructure or service providers. Feature availability may change based on technical, licensing, legal, operational, or third-party-service requirements.
You may use AIRadio only if:
AIRadio is not directed to children under 13. If a higher minimum age applies in your country or app-store region, that higher age applies.

We may require account verification, password resets, device verification, session invalidation, or other security steps. We may also associate your account with registered devices so AIRadio and Super Neva can operate device-linked features.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AIRadio for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works based on AIRadio except where applicable law expressly allows this despite the restriction.
AIRadio may provide listening, discovery, personalization, AI-assisted station or content experiences, profile, account, device, media, sharing, and support features. The Service may use information such as your music interests, included or excluded categories, listening activity, mood, intent, activity, approximate time, weather, and location permissions to personalize the experience.
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature, station, track, recommendation, media item, AI-assisted output, or content source will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your needs.
Music, audio, artwork, metadata, and other media made available through AIRadio are provided for personal, non-commercial listening and discovery only. Unless expressly allowed inside AIRadio, you may not:
Caching, downloads, or offline availability, if offered, are temporary app features and do not transfer ownership of any media to you. Availability may depend on rights, region, subscription status, device state, and technical limitations.
If AIRadio allows you to submit, upload, attach, or publish content such as text, images, profile photos, artwork, audio, metadata, prompts, preferences, or other files ("User Content"):
You remain responsible for your User Content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, confidential without permission, misleading, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.
AIRadio may include AI-assisted generation, recommendations, classification, personalization, moderation, summaries, station behavior, or other algorithmic outputs. These features may use information you provide, settings you choose, media context, account or device identifiers, activity signals, and location or weather context when enabled.
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, unavailable, or unsuitable in some contexts. You are responsible for how you rely on or use AI-assisted outputs. Do not use AIRadio AI features for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.
Unless we separately tell you otherwise, these Terms do not grant you any right to use AIRadio outputs in a way that violates third-party rights, media licenses, or applicable law.
Some AIRadio features may use device permissions, approximate or precise location, registered-location records, weather, place, terrain, device model, device identifier, or linked-device records. These features are optional where your device or the app provides a permission choice.
You are responsible for managing device permissions, location settings, notification settings, local storage, and registered devices. Removing permissions or deleting a registered device may limit or disable related AIRadio features.

We may send service-related messages such as account, security, device, transaction, policy, support, and operational notices. These are not optional where they are necessary to provide or protect the Service.
If AIRadio offers marketing emails, SMS, push notifications, or promotional messages, those communications are separate from service messages and can be managed through available app, device, or unsubscribe controls where applicable.
AIRadio may integrate with or depend on third-party services, app stores, payment providers, cloud hosting, analytics, notification providers, mapping, weather, AI, media, support, device, identity, or security services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices.
If you downloaded AIRadio from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application terms apply where required. Apple is not responsible for providing AIRadio, maintenance, support, warranty, or claims relating to AIRadio except as required by applicable app-store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section to the extent required by Apple's terms.
If you downloaded AIRadio from another app store, that store's additional terms may also apply.
If AIRadio offers paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, trials, or renewals, the price, billing period, cancellation rules, refund rules, and renewal terms shown at purchase will apply. Purchases may be processed by an app store or payment provider, and their payment terms may also apply.
If no paid feature is active for your account or region, this section does not create any payment obligation for free use of AIRadio.
AIRadio, including the app, software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, media arrangement, personalization logic, and related materials other than your User Content, is owned by NevaXR, Super Neva, or their licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license in these Terms, no rights are granted to you. AIRadio and related names, logos, and marks may not be used without permission.
If you believe content in AIRadio violates your intellectual property or other rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the content, the right you believe is affected, your contact information, and a statement explaining your concern.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to AIRadio if:
You may stop using AIRadio at any time. If account deletion is available, deletion may remove or disable access to your account, registered devices, preferences, history, profile content, cached content, and other account-linked features. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, backup, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or operational reasons, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRadio is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that AIRadio content, stations, music availability, metadata, recommendations, AI-assisted outputs, weather or location context, device-linked features, notifications, or third-party integrations will always be accurate, complete, available, safe, lawful in every location, or suitable for your needs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the competent courts of Turkiye, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update AIRadio or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
For material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, app-store listing, or another reasonable method. Continued use of AIRadio after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may record acceptance details such as account ID, version, language, date, and channel where needed.
